It doesn’t look like I could run tomorrow so here is 09’s results

Nike+ don’t consider this a lot so I’m still pretty GREEN in their levels, in fact I only have about 356km recorded in their website.

Don’t know why I haven’t been here all these years. DisneyPark draws water from this man made lake for irrigation and best of all this opens to the public for free. There is a nice round the lake walk of about 2k+, I saw a few running there that day. If your family isn’t that heavy you could rent a paddling boat or a 4-wheeler cycle. Parking is very limited, I doubt if public transport is available there.

A beautiful day yesterday walking along Tai Tam Waterworks heritage trail.

I have been using Fusion for 2 weeks now the high CPU load is a slight concern. Yesterday I upgraded to 3.0.1 upon restarting this morning my Windows 7 was consuming lots of CPU load, the cause as you can see below is the VMwareuser which should have been fixed in 3.0.1

I had to restart my Windows 7 to bring the CPU load back down to normal, hopefully this won’t happen again.
